Meet Lena
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Lena combines evidence-based interventions with deep psychological insight, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. Her bespoke, results-driven approach helps people move beyond coping and survival, empowering them to overcome challenges, discover their potential and thrive.
